Sometimes the damage is already done by hydrostatic water pressure on foundation walls thus causing cracking and bowing of the foundation walls. We seal cracks in foundation walls using a variety of products depending on the severity and size of the damage. Bowing in walls can be retarded by installing structural iron I beams in place to prevent further bowing of the walls in conjuction with grading and drainage on the exterior to shed water away from the foundation.
